Johanna Löfgren joins Defentry as our first Customer Success Manager
With a Customer Success Manager in place, cyber safety company Defentry will be able to onboard new partners and support our existing partners much more efficiently.

There is no person we would trust more with the success of our beloved customers than Johanna Löfgren who joins our team as our first customer success manager.
Originating from the SaaS business in the IT landscape, Johanna has joined Defentry’s team as Customer Success Manager. In this role she is supporting our partners with product implementation, onboarding, communication and partnership governance. That is vital in order to reach optimal success, scalability and growth.
Johanna’s previous assignment was to shape the Swedish customer success function and develop customer relationships at the fastest growing HR tech company in the Nordics named Sympa. Johanna has a master degree in Innovation & Industrial Management.
